Cancellation
We don’t charge cancellation fees and you may cancel your service agreement up until we start our work. If you have an annual cleaning membership, you can cancel or change it whenever you’d like, and we’ll complete all remaining cleanings for the year. We don’t provide refunds for started or completed work or unused cleanings.
Liability, License & Insurance
SolGaia is a brand by Plant Strength LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company. By using our services, you acknowledge that we don’t touch any of the electrical components of your solar system during our work. Therefore, you waive all rights to take legal action against Plant Strength LLC and its owners, contractors, employees, or partners if we accidentally damage your system or home, and our general liability insurance will cover the costs of repairs. We don’t take responsibility for pre-existing damaged or underperforming parts.
Payment
You must pay in-full for our services within 24 hours of us completing our work via cash, check, or online via Stripe using all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App Pay, or Link. We also offer flexible payment plans with Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna, which allow up to 4 evenly split interest-free payments paid every 2 weeks, as well as longer-term financing with interest based on creditworthiness, term length, and subject to credit approval. We add a 5% weekly late fee for missed payments and send unpaid invoices to collections after 30 days.
Warranties
Critter Guards: Lifetime for all parts and labor to repair/replace the critter guards due to manufacturer defects or improper installation by SolGaia contractors or employees, as well as critter removal for the reasons given that allow critters to enter beneath your system.
Inverter Covers: Lifetime for all parts and labor to reinstall the cover(s) due to manufacturer defects or improper installation by SolGaia contractors or employees.
Panel Coating: 10 years for all parts and labor to reapply the coating due to manufacturer defects or improper application by SolGaia contractors or employees.
Repairs: 10 years for labor and 10-25 years based on the equipment’s manufacturer's warranty for new replacement parts due to manufacturer defects or improper installation by SolGaia contractors or employees. 1 year for labor on repaired parts.
Not Covered: Cleanings; the functionality, performance, and electrical components for existing parts of your system; and damage to your system, critter guards, and/or inverter cover caused by anything or anyone other than SolGaia contractors or employees.
