Cancellation Policy

We don’t charge cancellation fees and you may cancel your service agreement up until we start our work. If you have an annual cleaning membership, you can cancel or change it whenever you’d like, and we’ll complete all remaining cleanings for the year. We don’t provide refunds for started or completed work or unused cleanings.

Liability, License & Insurance

SolGaia is a brand by Plant Strength LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company. By using our services, you acknowledge that we don’t touch any of the electrical components of your solar system during our work. Therefore, you waive all rights to take legal action against Plant Strength LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, or affiliates if we accidentally damage your system or home, and our general liability insurance will cover the costs of repairs. We don’t take responsibility for pre-existing damaged or underperforming parts.

Lifetime Protection Warranty

Our lifetime protection warranty covers…

• All parts and labor for repairing or replacing manufacturer defects of the materials.

• Improper installation of the materials, and roof damage caused, by SolGaia employees or contractors.

• Critter removal from resulting failures of our critter guards for the reasons given above that allow critters to enter beneath the system for the lifetime of our business for that system.

It does not cover…

• The functionality, performance, electrical components, or life of your system.

• Damage to your system, including, but not limited to, chips or cracks to the panels from hail, golf balls, other debris, weather, acts of God, or anyone other than SolGaia contractors or employees.

• Protection services for new systems or additions that you install on your home unless you contract with us for protection services for that new system or addition.

Payment Policy

Clients must pay in-full for our services within 24 hours of us completing our work via cash, check, or online via Stripe using all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Cash App Pay, or Link. We also offer flexible payment plans with Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna, which allow up to 4 evenly split interest-free payments paid every 2 weeks, as well as longer-term financing with interest based on creditworthiness, term length, and subject to credit approval. We add a 5% weekly late fee for missed payments and send unpaid invoices to collections after 30 days.
