Cancellation

We don’t charge cancellation fees and you may cancel your service agreement up until we start our work. If you have an annual cleaning membership, you can cancel or change it whenever you’d like, and we’ll complete all remaining cleanings for the year. We don’t provide refunds for started or completed work or unused cleanings for annual memberships.

Liability & Insurance

SolGaia is a brand by Plant Strength LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company. If any of our contractors or employees damage, or their improper workmanship results in damage to, your solar system, roof, or home, our general liability insurance will cover the costs of all parts and labor for repairs up to $1,000,000. We aren’t responsible for pre-existing damage or underperforming parts.

Payment

You must pay for our services within 24 hours of us completing our work via cash/check, credit/debit, Amazon/Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or with Affirm, Afterpay, or Klarna, with interest-free and long-term plans with interest upon credit approval. We add a 5% weekly late fee for missed payments and send unpaid invoices to collections after 30 days.

Warranty & Claims

Our standard warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace failures or damage to your bird spikes, critter guards, inverter cover(s), panel coating, and parts of your solar system or roof that we repaired or replaced, caused by the improper workmanship of SolGaia contractors or employees for the time periods given below starting on the completion date of your contracted services for a full 5 years, including, but not limited to, leaks or water damage originating from the same location of your contracted roof repairs after their completion.

Our warranty does not cover cleanings; pre-existing parts of, or damage to, your solar system, roof, and home that have not been repaired, replaced, or damaged by SolGaia contractors or employees; and damage to your solar system, bird spikes, critter guards, inverter cover(s), panel coating, roof, and home caused by acts of God, including, but not limited to, all types of weather and falling debris, or anyone or anything other than SolGaia contractors or employees.

Our lifetime warranty covers all parts and labor for our protection services, and labor for our repair services, for the lifetime of our business with an active SolGaia Secure membership.

If you believe one of our contractors or employees caused, or their improper workmanship resulted in, damage to your solar system, bird spikes, critter guards, inverter cover(s), panel coating, roof, or home, please call or email us to file a claim.
